Enjoyed its superfriendly and extremely friendly staff.

The location was particularly good, for example, The Top was within a close distance from the hotel.

Free shuttle was great. Drivers were awesome. Included breakfast buffet was very good.

Room housekeeping was just ok.

The staff was very helpful, especially the door men. The maids also were very attentive. The location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere. The food in the restaurant was good and the prices were fine.

The inter net connection is pretty slow. I dont like the idea of paying more for a faster speed. It should be included in the price of the room. I liked the idea of not changing the sheets everyday. It isnt necessary.

Excellent stay, as always. Clean good value hotel with a heated pool and a favourable location close to the restaurant. Immaculate, cool rooms, exceptionally comfortable bed, hospitable staff. Delicious breakfast and awesome views.

The staff was wonderful

The rooms were spacious with fine views of the river, and the staff was helpful this visit exceed my expectations. I also appreciated the convenient location , made accessing local attractions easy.

jacuzzi water was cold

Beds were very comfy, bathroom nice and the room's big window gave us a view of river, which inspired us to walk the suspension bridge and explore Belle island. Room was quiet and clean. Fridge and microwave were handy. We didn't hear any neighbors or traffic at all. Good temperature control with wall thermostat and quiet system. Best part was the staff -- super nice and fun to talk to -- our shuttle drivers Ed and Tomas, bartender Crystal and security guy Dexter. Self-parking in deck connected to lobby was convenient. I'm pretty picky and this was a flawless experience! Would definitely return! We enjoyed exploring Richmond. There is much to see and do, and lots of good places to eat!

We liked everything!

Towels were very soft. Staff friendly and efficient.

Lobby smelled like chlorine from the pool. Security guard was less than friendly when advising us the pool was closed.

Awesome stay with great views!

The rooms were spacious and had amazing views of the river. Shuttle drivers were super friendly and even took us to a cool spot for craft beer. The bar area was really chill. Just wish the in-room dining had more options for late-night snacks.

I really liked how it was walking distance to the Riverwalk and the bridge to the island. Our son lives in the forest Hill area so it was an ideal location.

I would love to stay there again. But to be honest it's a bit expensive. So I will probably have to stay somewhere else.

I had a comfortable stay with great service, especially the amazing shower and the thoughtful complimentary gift for our anniversary. I would definitely return!

The staff was very helpful. They went out of the way to be nice and professional. Will be back next year.

The bed was a little hard to sleep on. My wife and I both agreed on that statement.

Free street parking on weekends really saved us money and time. Central location and nice facilities in hotel. Hotel accommodated my change of dates, even thought I paid a non-refundable deposit.

Price can always be better, but overall good budget for a nice hotel with good location
